Electro magnetic frequency (EMF)

It is well known within biology that every cell in the body has over 100 000 bio-chemical reactions per second, and that DNA in every cell vibrates with frequencies of several million Hertz (Hz), which unfortunately is the same area as the modern mobile communications system is working within. It has been shown that when cells are stressed, which means that they are forced to follow (swing with) the frequency that comes from the outside which unfortunately often has an incorrect form and too high energy for the bodily cells to withstand.

We can divide electro-magnetic radiation into five different sections:

  • alternating electric fields

  • alternating magnetic fields

  • static continuous electric fields

  • static continuous magnetic fields

  • high frequency electro-magnetic waves

Professor Martin Blank, USA 20017 wrote in a report “Cells in the body react to electro-magnetic fields the same way it does chemicals and heavy metals. The cells recognise electro-magnetic fields at low levels and react by producing stress-response”.

Dr. Blank compares our DNA with what electric engineers who work with EMR-readings calls a “fractal antennae”. A fractal antennae is an antennae that picks up multiple different frequencies within the EMR-spectrum. Unfortunately our DNA satisfies the requirements of a fractal antennae, i.e. the electrons in the DNA leads the electricity and that the DNA contains several different coils in the nucleus.

A DNA molecule contains coils with lengths according to the following:

Double helix 1nm

Chromatin fibre 10nm

Solenoid 30nm

Hollow tube 200nm

Everyone of these different coils react to frequencies within the EMF-spectrum, which explains why our DNA reacts to multiple different frequencies resulting in us not knowing which is the most harmful to us.

The use of wireless technology has increased exponentially in the last decade, and new products are constantly emerging. By contrast, virtually nothing about the health risks are heard of, despite wireless systems sending out microwave radiation.

Few people know that the radiation is classed as carcinogenic, that it can cause brain tumours and other cancer forms. It is also not well known that radiation can be an important factor behind sleep disturbances, mental health problems and behavioural disorders, or that learning and concentration abilities can worsen.

Children and teens these days use mobile phones and other wireless technology in a wide scope which far exceeds the use a few years ago. Wireless networks are installed in schools and students are given their own pad or laptop without information about the risks. In addition, children are being passively exposed to an increasing amount of radiation from more and more sources, for example from mobile masts being placed near schools and homes.

A growing body is sensitive to environmental impacts and the risks with the new wireless technology are too high for children and teens. No other previous generation of children has been exposed to such high levels and for so long. This increase happens paradoxically in parallel with more research showing the harmful effects of radiation.

Microwave-radiation and low-frequency electro-magnetic fields are classed as possible carcinogenic, class 2b, by the International Cancer Research Institute (IARC). In the same category is also lead and DDT. The classifications are based mainly on research showing that mobile users are put at an increased risk of brain tumours and at research showing an increased risk for child leukaemia nearby masts. Studies has also shown that children and youths run a greater risk than adults for cancer. Children with cancer has worse survival rates if they live or spend a lot in environments with high levels of radiation.

Children to mothers who used their mobile phones often during pregnancy and the child’s first years, run a greater risk of suffering from behavioural difficulties. The same effect has been shown on rats exposed during early pregnancy. They had ADHD-like symptoms and worse memory when they were fully grown. Research has shown that mice exposed to mobile radiation become more aggressive and anxious.

Anxiety and lack of joy are also common symptoms related to being exposed to radiation. In most studies on young mobile users, the children that used the mobile most also had worse mental health and increased occurrence of headaches and sleep disturbances. Repeated scientific studies has also shown that EMR and EMF can change the electric activity in the brain and worsen memory, concentration and learning capacity. Similar effects in the form of worsened memory has been seen in studies from both humans and animals. Besides increased cancer risks, studies has also shown an increase for different symptoms from wireless technology: sleep disturbances, concentration problems, headaches, disturbance of heart rhythm, dizziness, nausea, lack of joy and behavioural changes.

Radiation interferes with birds natural navigation system.

Radiation interferes with birds natural navigation system.

A scientific study has shown that the foetus and newborns heartbeats are negatively affected when pregnant women and women with newborn babies use their mobile phones. The effect on the heartbeat was greater the earlier in the pregnancy the mother used the mobile.

Pretty much all environmental and health authorities over the world have agreed that especially children are sensitive to different environmental factors, something we have have to take into consideration when it comes to children being exposed to microwave radiation and low frequent electric magnetic fields.

There are critical periods during the childs’ development when they are more sensitive to environmental factors and when electro-magnetic fields and microwaves can permanently damage the biological system.

The foetus stage is particularly sensitive and the nerve system continuous to develop throughout the teenage years.

Children have smaller heads and thinner skulls then adults, which is why they absorb more radiation. A childs’ head can absorb double the amount of radiation and the heads’ bone marrow ten times the radiation than an adult. As the radiation reaches deeper inside children’ heads they had a greater risk of developing a tumour deep in the brain which can be more difficult to treat.

Children’ cells renew themselves faster so they are generally more sensitive to all factors which damage the cells’ DNA. Both microwave radiation from wireless technology and low frequent electro-magnetic fields can damage the cells DNA and thus give rise to many different diseases.

Children exposed to carcinogenic subjects in their early childhood has a greater risk of developing cancer during their life. Research has shown that mobile phone users who are children and teens run a greater risk than adults to develop brain tumours from mobile phone use and they run a greater risk of cancer if they spend long periods nearby telephone masts.

Born and unborn children need a healthy environment to develop as they should, especially during the foetus stage. There are many sensitive developmental stages during this period, many microwaves damage nerv cells and and inhibit a normal development of the brains centre for behaviour and memory.

Wireless technology is incredibly harmful to people, especially children. Screen time also prevents the brain from developing naturally.

Wireless technology is incredibly harmful to people, especially children. Screen time also prevents the brain from developing naturally.

Here is some advice on how to reduce the health risks by lowering the exposure for harmful radiation. A rule of thumb is to avoid wireless technology and keep a distance.

Internet: Replacing the wireless internet connection to one with cables is a fast and easy way to reduce radiation.

A wireless home telephone (DECT): Emits microwave radiation similar to that of mobile phones. In addition the base unit also sends out microwave radiation similar to that of a mobile mast, 24 hours. Changing to a telephone with cable is a fast and easy way to reduce microwave radiation.

Computer: Increasing the distance to the computer and screen reduces the exposure to electromagnetic fields.

Mobile phone: A traditional mobile phone usually only emit microwaves when its being used. However a newer smart phone uses apps that in many cases makes the mobile deliver microwave radiation throughout the day and night, even when it’s not being actively used for conversation or internet. Keeping the phone at a distance from the body can reduce significant radiation.

Common symptoms from radiation:

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Headaches

  • Dizziness

  • Tiredness

  • Irritation

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Lack of joy

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Skin disorders

  • Food intolerance

There are now many products specialising in protection from harmful EMF, I have a device called Duplex which emits harmonising frequencies to counteract electro-smog, geological disturbances and etc.

I also do not have any wifi at home, all internet is connected with a cable and my mobile phone is always left in the kitchen switched off when I go to sleep.

During the last ten years more and more people around the world have become aware of a substantial improvement of their health after they have excluded gluten from their diet and consequently adopted a gluten free diet.

Gluten is the main protein complex of wheat with equivalent toxic proteins founds in other cereals including spelt, rye and barley. The toxic proteins of gluten are mainly gliadins and glutenins.

As recently as just a decade ago diseases caused by or connected to gluten were considered as extremely rare outside Europe and therefore almost completely ignored by health care professionals. But during the last ten years the understanding among scientists of the role of gluten in a wide spectrum of health disorders has changed dramatically even if this new knowledge has yet been embraced by specialist doctors.

In 2012 leading scientists who have done extensive research on gluten have reached consensus on a new classification of gluten-related disorders. That year, 16 of the worlds leading gluten researchers summarised the present scientific view on gluten related disorders in a consensus statement. Now three main forms of gluten reactions are recognised:

  1. Allergic (wheat allergy)

  2. Autoimmune (celiac disease, gluten ataxia, dermatitis)

  3. Possibly immune mediated ( gluten sensitivity)

Wheat allergy is a food allergy affecting the skin, gastrointestinal tract or respiratory tract. IgE antibodies play a central role in wheat allergy. Symptoms may be asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, eczema and anaphylactic shock. Wheat allergy can be diagnosed with a blood test for IgE and skin prick tests.

Celiac disease

Celiac disease or sprue has been recognised as a crippling disease with symptoms of diarrhoea, abdominal pain and weight loss and no cure. In 1953 a Dutch paediatrician, Dr. Willem-Karel Dicke, could establish the connection between celiac disease and bread consumption.

He had noticed a decrease of typical abdominal celiac symptoms in children during the Second World War when there was a shortage of bread and how these symptoms got worse when Swedish relief planes dropped bread into the Netherlands. He followed up his observations by recommending gluten elimination in affected children which caused dramatic cures.

Gluten intolerance or celiac disease, is now recognised as a chronic immune mediated inflammation of the small intestine in genetically susceptible individuals. It is caused by a component of gluten in wheat, gliadin, and similar substances in spelt, rye and barley. These substances cause an inflammatory reaction in the intestinal membrane causing flattening of the intestinal mucosa.

Celiac disease has been called gluten intolerance. Intolerance would indicate that the immune system is not involved, but in this case this is not a correct term. Nor is it a common wheat allergy caused by IgE anti-bodies to gliadin but rather an autoimmune disease. In celiac disease there is a production of IgA antibodies. Gliadin and equivalent proteins found in rye, barley and spelt cause the intestinal mucosa to release a substance called zonulin which causes the mucosa to become leaky so that undigested gluten and many other harmful substances can cross the intestinal wall into the blood stream. Additionally the intestinal mucosa becomes unable to perform a normal uptake of nutrients.

Methods for diagnosing celiac disease can however be unreliable. The best way to find out is to cut out gluten for three months to see any changes.

Symptoms for celiac disease:

  • Intermittent diarrhoea

  • Constipation

  • Large, pale and bulky stools

  • Foul smelling stools

  • Abdominal bloating

  • Poor weight gain or weight loss

  • Abdominal cramps or flatulence

  • Deficiency of nutrients such as calcium, iron and vitamins due to poor assimilation

These are the classical symptoms of celiac disease which doctors easily recognise. However it has become increasingly evident that intestinal symptoms may be negligible or absent in nearly half of persons who suffer from celiac disease. Instead they may show a wide variety of symptoms such as anaemia due to a lack of iron, B12 or folacic acid, osteoporosis, arthritis, dermatitis, depression, neurological symptoms, chronic fatigue and many others. Many children who are diagnosed with celiac disease may have no other symptoms than chronic abdominal pain. Others may only have anaemia and vitamin and mineral deficiencies or no obvious symptoms at all.

Gluten and psychiatric disease

Some researchers have studied the connection between celiac disease and bipolar disease, a condition that more people are diagnosed with. The connection between the gut and psychiatric disease has been suspected for 200 years and was confirmed in the 1970’s by the American psychiatrist F.C. Dohan. Celiac disease seemed to be much more common in schizophrenic patients than should have been statistically expected.

Celiac disease and other diseases

People with celiac disease are more likely to develop allergies, asthma and autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, conditions which normally improve or even remit with a gluten and casein free diet. Celiac disease is also connected with inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.

Skin manifestations, e.g. acne are very common in celiac disease. Dermatitis herpetiformis, a characteristic itchy rash usually on elbows, knees or back is also quite common.

Gluten and neurological disorders

Celiac disease can also manifest as various neurological symptoms such as nerve inflammation, ataxia (loss of muscle coordination and balance), movement disorders and seizures. The neurological symptoms are believed to be caused by antibodies against gliadin which travel in the blood stream to the brain where they cause an autoimmune reaction, especially in the Purkinje cells of the cerebellum - the part of the brain which controls balance and coordination. Damage in these cells may also affect language in children and cause late speech development or poor articulation.

Gluten sensitivity

In gluten sensitivity there are no markers for autoimmune disease or wheat allergy and the condition cannot be diagnosed with blood tests or intestinal biopsy. However the symptoms of gluten sensitivity and celiac disease are the same, they include abdominal pain, eczema or rash, headache, foggy mind, fatigue, diarrhoea, depression, numbness in limbs and joint pain. Gluten sensitivity may also be common in IBS a chronic condition with sometimes severe abdominal symptoms such as pain and diarrhoea.

Gluten sensitivity is a new concept and there is very little research about how gluten sensitivity can affect our health in the long run. Today the only way to diagnose this condition is to observe how health and well-being improves by eliminating gluten.

Neurological damage

There is increasing evidence that the prime target of celiac disease and gluten sensitivity is not the intestines but the brain and neural system.

Causes of celiac disease

Celiac disease has been regarded as a rare hereditary disease which affects people with a genetic disposition. However the genetic explanation does not give reasons for why the incidence of celiac disease has increased fourfold in the second half of the last century. There must be environmental causes for this development. One explanation given by researchers why celiac disease has become much more common is that the gluten component of wheat has changed over time.

Another factor that may contribute to the increased frequency of celiac disease and gluten sensitivity is an impaired immune system.

When to suspect a gluten related disorder?

In infants and small children you may see symptoms like diarrhoea or constipation. Theses children may have problems to gain weight, they may cry more than usual, and they may have movement disorders. Delayed speech and poor articulation can be other symptoms of gluten disorders. Also in children who are easily disturbed and over-sensitive to impressions, extremely shy or afraid of the dark gluten sensitivity should be kept in mind. Irritability, fits of emotion, hyper activity, obsessive compulsive symptoms and tics can also be symptoms. Many children with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity are addicted to gluten and may limit their food intake to bread and pasta.

When a gluten related disorder appears you normally notice a deterioration of health and behaviour. there may be depression, irritability, phobias or obsessive compulsive symptoms. problems with attention and concentration can surface and the school performance may deteriorate. You may also notice digestive symptoms like pain, bloating or loose stools. The child may complain of headaches and migraine may also appear. Symptoms like eczema and acne can also develop.

Bio-resonance can detect gluten sensitivity and can also be used to strengthen the immune system, as can acupuncture.

noun: denizen; plural noun: denizens

a person, animal, or plant that lives or is found in a particular place.

    "denizens of field and forest"

synonyms:inhabitant, resident, townsman, townswoman, native, local

People often ask me where I’m from and I always find it difficult to answer.

Do they want to know where I come from based on how I look? Do they want to know where I was born? Or where I grew up? Perhaps they want to know where I have lived the longest? Maybe where I feel most at home?

I actually can not answer this with only one country because it’s a different answer for each question .

When I was younger I wished that my parents were different. I wished they were not Vietnamese, that they were not so strict and poor. I wanted to be Swedish, have more freedom and be able to buy toys and clothes. Instead we only ate Vietnamese food and spoke Vietnamese at home, I was not allowed to go out in the evenings and I mainly played with my brothers old Transformers.

My parents worked hard to make a better life for us and we were often left on our own while they worked long hours. Although I had friends and never experienced racism or prejudice, I always had a nagging feeling of unfulfillment. I was lonely, being the only and youngest girl with five older brothers, I longed for a sister, or perhaps even a present mother.

I’m the baby on my eldest brothers hip.

I’m the baby on my eldest brothers hip.

Early on in life I felt that I didn’t belong in my family. I always had a feeling of not being understood and that I could not be myself. There were expectations of how to behave, what I should study and what kind of man to marry.

I was definitely not a submissive person that wanted to please other people.

The drive for authenticity was strong and already at 15 I knew that I had to leave my family to live a fulfilled life where my soul could expand and elevate.

When I turned 18 I booked myself a one-way ticket to London.

I arrived on 31st August 1997, the day Princess Diana died.

People tell me how brave I must have been, to leave the safety of my family and home but it was purely down to soul survival for me. I knew that I couldn’t live the life I needed to live, had I stayed.

This was a time before mobile phones and my family had no means to contact me. My father was so heart- broken that he dis-owned me and did not speak to me for the next ten years.

It is only since having children that I have started to mend my relationship with my parents. It is not easy though as so much time has passed and on top of all the anger, resentment and hurt, we also have a language barrier.

I had not spoken Vietnamese for ten years and my parents Swedish is limited so it is difficult to have meaningful conversations.

I have spent over twenty years feeling guilty for following my desire for an authentic and purposeful life and it’s only since reading Alice Miller’s “ The Drama of The Gifted Child” that I no longer feel guilty.

I was very naive when I became pregnant with my first child. I thought the only painful part of giving birth would be when the baby’s head comes out. How wrong I was…

Although I felt that I had prepared myself for birth with acupuncture, yoga, pregnancy massage and eating fresh organic food, once labour started I was in shock. I couldn’t believe how much it hurt.

Luckily with my background in TCM, I instructed my husband to press as hard as he could on the acupuncture points that supports labour and pain relief. I also gave myself acupuncture in the early stages of labour and 52 hours later, our daughter was born in a birthing pool in our living room.

I don’t think it was only down to luck that I had managed to have the birthing experience I had wished for.

I had prepared for pregnancy and labour by giving myself regular acupuncture as well as taking pregnancy yoga classes, I ate healthy and was active throughout the entire pregnancy.

Even though everything went well, I was left quite scared of the pain for my second pregnancy.

So when we decided to have a second child I wanted to be even more prepared. I took it to the next level and prepared as if I were to run a marathon, my first labour took 52 hours after all from start to finish. We took hypno-birthing classes and I found an amazing pregnancy yoga teacher. I read all the books I could find on home births and just like with the first time, I gave myself acupuncture throughout the pregnancy and labour. Our second child was born after a 9 hour labour and I found it much easier second time around although she was a massive 5kg.

I believe it is imperative for mothers to be to seek out information and prepare themselves physically and mentally as early as possible, even before becoming pregnant.

From a Chinese medicine perspective, it is important to to keep the qi (energy flow) and blood in harmony to ensure a smooth pregnancy.

Acupuncture can be helpful for these conditions during pregnancy:

  • Nausea and vomiting

  • Heartburn

  • Constipation

  • Varicose veins, haemorrhoids and vulval varicosities

  • Urinary tract infections

  • Musculoskeletal conditions

  • Fatigue and exhaustion

  • Anaemia

  • Insomnia

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Vaginal discharge and itching

  • Sinusitis

  • Hypertension

  • Oedema

  • Breech and posterior positions

  • Induction

I didn’t know much about heavy metals and toxicity for my first pregnancy but as I had become more interested in child development I started studying about how the foetus inherits the mothers toxic load so I had myself and our first born tested. It turned out that we both had a higher than usual level of various heavy metals in our bodies. I put this down to the fact that both my husband and I are heavily tattooed and fully vaccinated.

Tattoo inks contain a wide range of chemicals and heavy metals, including some that are potentially toxic and Thiomersal (or Thimerosal) is a mercury compound used as a preservative in some vaccines.

So before becoming pregnant for our second child I took Zeolite (volcanic ash) to detoxify myself of heavy metals and other toxic load I was carrying. After our second child was born, we tested her for heavy metal and she is not overloaded with any.

Bio-resonance can be helpful in analysing whether a pregnant woman needs nutritional support, has a toxic overload or hormonal imbalances. It is safe and has no contra-indications.

It is important for the woman to detoxify before becoming pregnant so the foetus doesn’t inherit the mothers toxic load.

In the month leading up to a baby's birth, the umbilical cord pulses with the equivalent of at least 300 quarts of blood each day, pumped back and forth from the nutrient- and oxygen-rich placenta to the rapidly growing child cradled in a sac of amniotic fluid. This cord is a lifeline between mother and baby, bearing nutrients that sustain life and propel growth.

Not long ago scientists thought that the placenta shielded cord blood — and the developing baby — from most chemicals and pollutants in the environment. But now we know that at this critical time when organs, vessels, membranes and systems are knit together from single cells to finished form in a span of weeks, the umbilical cord carries not only the building blocks of life, but also a steady stream of industrial chemicals, pollutants and pesticides that cross the placenta as readily as residues from cigarettes and alcohol. This is the human "body burden" — the pollution in people that permeates everyone in the world, including babies in the womb.

In a study spearheaded by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) in collaboration with Commonweal, researchers at two major laboratories found an average of 200 industrial chemicals and pollutants in umbilical cord blood from 10 babies born in August and September of 2004 in U.S. hospitals. Tests revealed a total of 287 chemicals in the group. The umbilical cord blood of these 10 children, collected by Red Cross after the cord was cut, harbored pesticides, consumer product ingredients, and wastes from burning coal, gasoline, and garbage.

This study represents the first reported cord blood tests for 261 of the targeted chemicals and the first reported detections in cord blood for 209 compounds. Among them are eight perfluorochemicals used as stain and oil repellants in fast food packaging, clothes and textiles — including the Teflon chemical PFOA, recently characterized as a likely human carcinogen by the EPA's Science Advisory Board — dozens of widely used brominated flame retardants and their toxic by-products; and numerous pesticides.

Of the 287 chemicals we detected in umbilical cord blood, we know that 180 cause cancer in humans or animals, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests. The dangers of pre- or post-natal exposure to this complex mixture of carcinogens, developmental toxins and neurotoxins have never been studied.

Chemical exposures in the womb or during infancy can be dramatically more harmful than exposures later in life. Substantial scientific evidence demonstrates that children face amplified risks from their body burden of pollution; the findings are particularly strong for many of the chemicals found in this study, including mercury, PCBs and dioxins. Children's vulnerability derives from both rapid development and incomplete defense systems:

  • A developing child’s chemical exposures are greater pound-for-pound than those of adults.

  • An immature, porous blood-brain barrier allows greater chemical exposures to the developing brain.

  • Children have lower levels of some chemical-binding proteins, allowing more of a chemical to reach “target organs”.

  • A baby’s organs and systems are rapidly developing, and thus are more often vulnerable to damage from chemical exposure.

  • Systems that detoxify and excrete industrial chemicals are not fully developed.

  • The longer future lifespan of a child compared to an adult allows more time for adverse effects to arise.

The 10 children in this study were chosen randomly, from among 2004's summer season of live births from mothers in Red Cross' volunteer, national cord blood collection program. They were not chosen because their parents work in the chemical industry or because they were known to bear problems from chemical exposures in the womb. Nevertheless, each baby was born polluted with a broad array of contaminants.

U.S. industries manufacture and import approximately 75,000 chemicals, 3,000 of them at over a million pounds per year. Health officials do not know how many of these chemicals pollute fetal blood and what the health consequences of in utero exposures may be.

A developing baby depends on adults for protection, nutrition, and, ultimately, survival. As a society we have a responsibility to ensure that babies do not enter this world pre-polluted, with 200 industrial chemicals in their blood. Decades-old bans on a handful of chemicals like PCBs, lead gas additives, DDT and other pesticides have led to significant declines in people's blood levels of these pollutants.

In light of the findings in this study and a substantial body of supporting science on the toxicity of early life exposures to industrial chemicals, we strongly urge that federal laws and policies be reformed to ensure that children are protected from chemicals, and that to the maximum extent possible, exposures to industrial chemicals before birth be eliminated. The sooner society takes action, the sooner we can reduce or end pollution in the womb.

I had myself tested for toxins in the body with Bio-resonance and the result was alarming. I found this safe way to detoxify myself with Zeolite before becoming pregnant for the second time.

Zeolites are fine powdered volcanic ash.

They consists of Aluminium Silica where aluminium is firmly bonded in a lattice structure. Thus they do not release aluminium, but attract for example aluminium ions. The zeolites are completely negatively charged particles, which means that they attract positive ions. Aluminium is a trivalent positive ion and most heavy metals are divalent positive ions.

The zeolite particles are even formed so that there are many holes in the latticework, which gives it a large surface where the ions can bind. A zeolite particle can attract up to 15 000 metal ions, to compare with for example EDTA where every molecule bind or chelate maximum 2 metal ions.

Of course the zeolites also attract the non-harmful ions but they have a predilection for ions like arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium. This can be explained by the fact that these ions has a similar strength and bind harder to the lattice.

The healthy ions, for example zinc, selenium and magnesium are probably also bound to the zeolite but they have a lower ion-strength and are thrown out when the zeolite-particle encounter a heavy metal ion.

An easy way to detoxify is with volcanic ash, Zeolite.

An easy way to detoxify is with volcanic ash, Zeolite.

To prevent the body to be depleted from trace minerals, the producers have added trace minerals in the liquid that the zeolites are being kept in so that the zeolites are full of ions. When they encounter the heavy metal ions, they throw out the ions present and take in the heavy metals.

In addition, Fulvic acid is added which help to carry the zeolites into the cells.

It would be appropriate to check levels of trace elements in the body after a period of using zeolites and to take high doses of magnesium during the detox. Magnesium is a counter ion to mercury which means that when there is mercury in the body, often there is magnesium-deficiency. Some form of multi-mineral and vitamin supplement is also advisable.

Zeolites stays in the body 5-6 hours after ingestion therefore it is not advisable to take it together with mineral supplements.

I offer analysis for heavy metal toxicity with Bio-resonance and advice for detoxing with Zeolite. Please contact me for further enquiries.

If I could picture what trauma does to me I would describe it as causing fragmentations to my body and soul. Some of these fragments are being hidden and ignored, others rejected and blamed or shamed. For as long as I have not dealt with the trauma, I can never feel whole or at peace within myself because there will always be a piece of me missing. This can lead to addictions, dis-ease or behaviours that are not self-serving but of course until the fragment that is missing has been healed and integrated, one can never feel complete.

For me personally, I have been very lucky to have found a therapist that has helped me find and heal my fragments. I have been seeing Tricia Sterry for the past 13 years and I would not be where I am today without her help.

Block clearance therapy (BCT) she calls her therapy and it uses many different methods to find the trauma. www.blockclearance.com

I have also recently discovered Internal Family System (IFS), although I have only experienced it once this therapy seems to be effective in trauma healing. www.selfleadership.org
